Hello, my Beauties! I want to inform you that a non-refundable $25 deposit is now required before I approve your service request. This deposit will go toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy: • You are allowed one reschedule in case of an emergency. • Reschedules and cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Rescheduling: • If you reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit can be applied to your one-time reschedule. • If you reschedule a second time, regardless of whether it’s before or within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will not be refunded, and a 30% fee of your scheduled service will be charged to your card. Both these fee will be applied to your service when you come in for your rescheduled appointment. • If you fail to show up for your second rescheduled appointment, both the $25 deposit and the 30% fee will be forfeited as it will be considered a cancelation and a new $25 deposit will be required to book again. Cancellations: • If you cancel your appointment, the $25 deposit is non-refundable, and a 30% fee of the scheduled service will be charged to your card. These fees will not be applied to a future booking. To schedule a new appointment, a new deposit will be required. • Only if you show up for your scheduled appointment will the $25 deposit be applied toward your total service cost. For example, if your service total is $50, and you’ve paid the $25 deposit, you will only owe $25 at your appointment. Deposit Payment & Booking Policy: • Deposits must be sent within 24 hours of booking. • If the deposit is not received within this time frame—not be approved, the time slot will become available to others, and the deposit will be forfeited.
