Appointment Deposit, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure fairness, respect for time, and commitment from all clients, the following policy is strictly enforced for all appointments. Deposit Requirement • A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. • Appointments are NOT confirmed until the deposit has been received. • Deposits go toward your service total only if you keep your appointment as scheduled or reschedule within policy guidelines. ⸻ Cancellation Policy • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. • If you choose to cancel your appointment for any reason, you forfeit your deposit. • This includes, but is not limited to: personal conflicts, illness, emergencies, transportation issues, or scheduling mistakes. • By booking, you acknowledge that canceling means you lose your deposit—no exceptions. ⸻ Rescheduling Policy • You may reschedule ONE (1) time using the same deposit only if proper notice is given. • Proper notice is defined as at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. • The rescheduled appointment must be booked within a reasonable timeframe (subject to availability). Important: • After one reschedule, the deposit is considered used. • Any additional rescheduling, cancellations, or no-shows will require a new deposit to book again as it would be considered a cancelation fee at this point ⸻ Late Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment automatically result in loss of deposit. • No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) will: • Result in immediate forfeiture of deposit • Require a new deposit to book future appointments • May result in refusal of future bookings at my discretion ⸻ Same-Day Cancellations • Same-day cancellations are treated as no-shows. • Deposit is forfeited and cannot be transferred to another appointment. ⸻ Policy Agreement • Booking an appointment means you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy. • No exceptions will be made once the appointment is booked. • This policy exists to protect my time, my business, and clients who respect scheduling commitments. Please keep in mind that these are rules and stipulations that have been put in place as of January 1, 2026. It is urgent that you read this before agreeing and checking the box. Also important that you agreed to this before paying your deposit. Thank you guys so much
